About Us

Mike’s Meat Market, LLC, located in Sterling, CO was established in 2008 with the opening of our retail market and USDA inspected plant.  Since then, we have continued to grow and are excited to bring our products to the front range with the opening of a new retail market in Fort Collins, Colorado which is scheduled for a late summer 2010 opening.  We are a family-owned and operated retail meat establishment.  The owners, Mike and Heidi Tribbett, both have extensive meat experience gained through past industry related work and they both hold degrees in Animal Science an Agricultural Business from Colorado State University.

We take PRIDE in our products and emphasize on quality smoked and fresh meats.  Our products are all handmade with only the freshest ingredients.  Products are available in Retail and Foodservice quantities.  We are able to customize orders and offer co-packaging.  Mike’s Meat Market, LLC is a registered Colorado Proud Company.
